I was in a pickle, I needed someone who understood Linux. IntersafeIT was referred to me by a computer tech who knew of his expertise. I have never been more impressed with their computer technician. As his fingers were flying he would explain what he was doing, answered my questions, ran tests and though, I thought it was going to be a long night, he had me up and running fully in a short time. It has been my experience in the past that when someone new helps me with computers they want to change everything, but in this case the only changes were to get me up to date, simplify the system, and increase redundancy. I am totally pleased!
